Many of you have collected stamps from a young age, and your interest has followed you throughout life.
At a young age, I began a part time job helping my parents with their new business, Wilton Stamp Company. It has, pardon the philatelic pun, “stuck” with me throughout my own life.
We began in an historic mill in scenic Wilton, New Hampshire. Wilton’s Town Hall Clock Tower continues to serve as our logo, with our motto being: “It’s Always a Great Time to Collect Stamps”! In fact, our signature Stamps on Approval service is as timeless as stamp collecting itself! Approvals are a selection of stamps sent to you to examine pre-purchase, or, “On Approval”, keeping only those that meet your approval.
We have relocated a few times over the past four decades, but one thing that has remained constant is the fact that we are a family business. My parents, long officially retired, still help daily to prepare the stamps we send out on approval. My wife helps me to send these tiny works of art and history to collectors around the world, as she has for nearly 30 years now! Plus, our web site was carefully designed by our daughter, Rebecca!
When you sign up for our personalized service, we do our best to send you stamps to add to your growing collection. After all, for many collectors, their favorite is their next. We truly understand that, and look forward to helping you attain the “next” for your collection.
Stamp collecting is a never-ending pursuit, as you can never “collect them all”. However, we understand life sometimes gets in the way of a good time. Feel free to pause or cancel any time and start back up when you are ready. Your feedback and requests are always welcome.
